ou will receive one live mullein (Verbascum thapsus) plant in a 2.5-inch pot. This plant produces a rosette of fuzzy leaves in its first year, and tall stalks of yellow flowers in subsequent years. Intolerant of shade, prefers dry soils. Reaches a spread of up to 3 feet and a height of 6-7 feet. Choose planting site carefully, as mullein produces abundant long-lived seeds and may become a nuisance in small gardens. Listed as an invasive in some areas, check local regulations before purchasing.

Our plants are grown in USDA Hardiness Zone 6 under minimal cover, so plants ordered between October- April may be partially to fully dormant.
