This jelly tastes like root beer and is made with sassafras root bark. The sassafras tree, with its three leaves of different shapes that are strangely lemon-scented, and its roots with their spicy, pungent scent and flavor, is a special native tree of eastern and central North America. Safrole-free.

 You will receive one 5oz (142 g) jar of jelly.

Ingredients: Sugar, filters water, all-natural extracts of sassafras (sans safrole), pectin, caramel coloring, citric acid, potassium sorbate, natural flavors.
