Learn to make one flavor of herbal or fruit (TBA) jelly and take six jars home! The workshop will be held at 515 Center Avenue in Weston, WV on Wednesday, June 24th from 6-8 pm. Attendees will learn jelly making from fruit processing to canning and all the secrets to making jelly set to that perfect, delectable jell. Several flavors of Smoke Camp Craft's jellies will be offered as samples, and pectin and other jelly making supplies will be available for sale.
